This 12,000 sq ft restaurant/night club is a local icon in the Pocono’s. The restaurant utilizes the Hibaci style of cooking and has twelve cooking stations on the dinning floor. Also in the building is a private dinning section and a night club area with a bar. The HVAC design includes exhausts for the various cooking stations and a large gas fired make up air unit with air conditioning. To supplement the heating requirements of the building a coal fire boiler was installed with hot water coils to various air handling units. The electrical design included power wiring, general lighting, special effects lighting and theatrical lighting for the night club area. The plumbing design included a full cooking kitchen in the rear and grease interceptor.
