Smithfield Township Municipal Complex

The project consisted of a new Municipal Complex with three new buildings as follows:  Municipal Building:  Two floor building with a total square footage of 10,000 sq. ft., Vehicle Maintenance and Storage Building with a total square footage of 16,500 sq. ft., and the Salt Barn Building:  2,000 sq. ft..  Green Building Practices for the Municipal Building included such design features as the geothermal heat pump system and energy efficient lighting throughout the building.  The lower level of the municipal building included district court office and courtroom.
