USPS Building Renovations
Total renovation of 35,000 sq. ft. existing historic multi-floor building previously owned by the US Postal Service. Building will serve as a University office building with a first floor retail branch post office. SAE responsible for overall mechanical system concepts and complete design of electrical, lighting, fire alarm, and telecom systems. All engineering  systems were designed to meet the University’s design standards.  The total construction cost was $4.5 million.
