Suburban Golf Club

The Board of Directors for the Suburban Golf Club requested an evaluation of the various buildings on the site to determine deficiencies, code violations, and recommendations for future capital improvements. SAE visited the golf course and buildings, which included the Main Clubhouse, Cart Barn, Pro Shop, Greens keeper’s House, Maintenance Barn and Small Shed. SAE’s focus was related to the buildings’ mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP) systems.
