The project involved replacement of the township’s existing undersized vehicle maintenance building with a new 23,000 sq. ft. building to contain nine vehicle maintenance bays, welding shop, tool shop and parts storage, and admin offices, plus a mezzanine storage area. Systems included gas-fired furnaces, packaged AC units, ductwork, plumbing systems, interceptors, electric service, fire alarm, access control, fueling island, and full capacity standby generator.
