This campus has three buildings that total 17,800 sq ft. The buildings include a recreational area, offices, and meeting rooms as well as a daycare area. The mechanical/electrical systems were designed by another Engineer but after having numerous problems with the systems, Strunk-Albert Engineering was asked to perform an evaluation of the systems. Our findings reviled numerous problems with the original design. We were then requested to design corrective measures which included upgrading the building insulation system and air barrier and changes to the piping distribution system and resizing of the various fan coil units in the building.
