Eastern Monroe Public Library

Originally, the building was used for retail. It is a two story, 32,000 sq ft building. Because they out grew the original building they purchased this building and preformed major renovations. Basically, the building was gutted and all new mechanical and electrical systems provided to meet the needs of the library. This included new packaged roof mounted HVAC units, new lighting throughout, telecommunication systems, fire alarm and security.
