Provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the 12,500 sq. ft. firehouse. The existing large building was subdivided into a smaller area that will be utilized for the firehouse. All new mechanical and electrical systems had to be provided for the new use in the building. Existing utilities, such as gas, water, electric, sanitary, had to be upgraded so there are separate utility services for the firehouse, and separate for the remaining portion of the building.
