Four separate additions totaling 35,000 sq feet were added to an existing 115,000 sq foot school. The mechanical/electrical design included complete renovation of the building. All new HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems were installed in the building. The design included a new sprinkler system with fire pump and replacement of the central boilers and chiller.
