Bangor Area High School

Major renovations and additions were preformed at this high school. The addition included new classrooms, gymnasium and an administration office suite. The renovations included the remaining portion of the building. Over all there were approximately 250,000 sq ft of new and renovated construction. The construction portion of the project lasted for almost two years because of phasing. The HVAC design included a four pipe hot water/chill water distribution system with central oil fire boilers and an air cooled chiller. The electrical design included new electrical service, power distribution wiring, lighting, telecommunications, fire alarm and security.
