Several projects were performed to provide renovations to the North Wing Corridors, South Wing Corridors, Student Office and Computer Rooms, College Center Corridors, College Center Renovations and miscellaneous ADA upgrades.
Dining Room and Banquet Hall extension. This required relocation of existing equipment and new mechanical and electrical services connected to the existing building systems.
Many of the buildings on Campus were experiencing cooling problems from inadequate air-conditioning. The original project scope was to provide design for a new packaged chiller. However, to reduce operating cost, the project expanded to include a new packaged chiller and 3,500 ton-hours of ice storage.
