The Bright Beginnings Learning Center School was constructed in 2002 and consists of approximately 50,900 square feet of educational and administrative space within a two-story building structure. The HVAC consist of indoor air handlers supplied with hot water from a central boiler plant and chilled water from a chiller with ice storage. The DDC control system optimizes energy efficiency and the ice tanks reduce electrical demand charges. Individual classroom control provide optimum occupant comfort.
